Name: Agrona Hawthorn
Age: original
Species: human
Gender: female
Appearance: Agrona is Caucasian. She is very small, only about 5 feet tall and very thin. She has shiny black hair that reaches her shoulder blades that she usually keeps pinned back into a bun. Agrona wears frameless glasses with silver temples. When she is around other Mages, she usually wears a white short sleeve shirt with some sort of design on the front, long black jeans, and black high tops. Sometimes she wears a long-sleeve white shirt instead, in which case she usually adds a black vest to the mix. However, when she ventures into the mortal world, Agrona dresses in all black, her outfit being a long sleeve shirt, loose pants, and boots. For extra effect, she also wears a hoodie or a hat to cover her head, gloves to cover her hands, and something like a mask that covers her neck and most of her face except her eyes. She normally doesn’t wear her glasses in his outfit and her hair is usually pulled back into a ponytail here so that it can be stuff in her hat or hoodie.
Personality: Agrona is a fairly positive person, but she’s known to be shy. Agrona likes to look at thinks logically and think out a solution to a problem rather than jumping head first into it. She’s not very good at social interaction, but can speak every language that has ever existed. Agrona is more on the introvert side, okay with hanging out with others, but prefers to recharge home alone with a good book. Agrona has a preference of classic books that have more positive endings, the kind of books students usually read in school like To Kill a Mockingbird and The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. She is also fond of fairytales, especially the ones Disney recreates due to their overall happy tone. However, Agrona hates authors like Edgar Allen Poe and the Grimms Brothers due to their creepy, negative way of doing things. Agrona prefers darkness to light, but only because she is prone to frequent headaches and the darkness doesn’t hurt as much as light does. Agrona is more a pacifist than a fighter, as she’s not very strong and finds making a deal is more effective than fighting it out. Although she won't admit it, Agrona really does like Vidal. She thinks he's sweet and the fact that he keeps her company during the times when she would otherwise have to be alone makes him all the more likable to her. Agrona has entrusted Vidal with some of her darkest secrets, knowing he won't be one to spread rumors, but she still constantly worries about them getting out. She trusts Vidal more than any other Mage and values his opinion the most of any individual she knows.
Powers/Element: Agrona has the ability known as Death Touch. This means, if any of her skin touches a mortal, they will die. This can be prevented by Agrona’s covering of her skin, but Agrona also has some control of her abilities. Depending on her emotions, her control over her powers varies. The more positive her emotions (happiness, love, etc.), the more control she has over her abilities. The more negative her emotions (anger, sadness, etc.), the less control she has over her abilities. Due to the fact that Agrona does wear her heart on her sleeve, she makes sure to almost completely cover herself when she ventures into the mortal world so as to not accidentally kill someone. Also, due to the fact that Agrona almost never uses her powers, she tends to experience a side effect known as power build-up. Thus, every few months, she practically disappears from the face of the universe because she has to release all the built up power she has. In this state, due to the intense concentration of her powers all at one time, not even clothes can prevent her Death Touch from activating and it has been shown that it can kill even Mages. Thus, she usually remains alone during this time, with the only Mage able to withstand her powers being the Life Mage himself. Agrona also manages the Underworld. While no mythology got it exactly right as to how the underworld actually looks, it is easy to see that Agrona took inspiration from different cultures. Thus mortals are able to have the equivalent of a tour around the world through different times and places from which the Death Mage has drawn her inspirations. Mortals are able to choose where they would like to spend the rest of eternity and it is not uncommon for them to move. Mages, on the other hand, have their own special area that can be equated most accurately as Heaven or Elysium. It is essentially a paradise with everything the mages could ever want inside. They are each given their ideal house, with a large meeting hall in the center where it is not uncommon for the Mages to eat together. While difficult, there have been reported cases of mortals getting inside this area. This is due to the fact that Agrona has a somewhat soft heart and if a mortal was in love with a Mage, then the Mage can often request to bring their human lover into this area. In fact, sometimes complete families can be found in this paradise. Finally, Agrona has a power that other Mages often call her “third eye.” Whenever Agrona encounters a Mage or mortal for the first time, she is able to see every possible way the individual will die depending on their actions. After that, she does not need to be in their presence to call on this ability, but it helps establish the connection. Agrona also does not know which death will be the actual one to take the individual, but can usually make a guess the older the individual gets.
Crush: in a steady relationship with Vidal
Other: Her companion animal is an owl named Solomon.
