CURRENTLY UNDER RECONSTRUCTION. IF YOU WISH TO ADD SOMETHING PLEASE PM JANOBII AND LET HER KNOW.
Headcanon 39: Sometimes, when Visions makes a jump, he ends up taking a detour into another universe.
Headcanon 40: Life was contacted by Jason and told that in order for disaster to not strike, she had to kill Madder's parents, and it had to be her. She did not realize the significance of the event until much later, and often wonders if what Madder did to her was the universe's way of punishing her.
Headcanon 41: One of the reasons Madder hates Life so much is that he recognizes her subconsciously as the person who killed his parents. He has never put it together, but it still registers somewhat in the back of his brain, which is one of the reasons he has an intense hatred for her.
Headcanon 42: The meaning of Life is pancakes.
Headcanon 43: Madder actually almost snapped three years earlier than he did, but Madeline ended up preventing it without realizing it by convincing Madder to grieve rather than getting angry.
Headcanon 44: Not realizing who Madder was at the time, Love pushed Madder and the love of his life, Maiden, together despite it being a doomed relationship by many standards.
Headcanon 45: Some of the mages in Elysium suspect Madder may have found a way to escape from the underworld, as he spends extended time in his room and when people go to check on him, he usually doesn't answer. Maddox has broken into Madder's room before during one of these times and found the mage missing, but Madder had returned by the end of the day.
Headcanon 46: The New Worlds Mages play overwatch together and Olipsia helps them cosplay as their mains.
Headcanon 47: Life uses her succubus form to cosplay as Mercy's Devil Skin.
Headcanon 48: Mirmir has a 3-D picture of all of the mages and when they die the picture breaks, letting him know.
Headcanon 49: The Animals Mage prior to Artemis disappeared mysteriously, without a traits. Not even his powers could be found. Life had to create a new set of powers for Artemis when Visions and Time agreed a new Animals Mage was required.
Headcanon 50: Visions goes into culture shock every time he makes a jump since his jumps are usually quick large. His most recent and most devastating shock is the immense lack of clothing on the women. He finds himself having a hard time not staring and has already been slapped a few times as a result. He's still unsure what he's doing wrong.
Headcanon 51: Dennis suffers from Multiple Personality Disorder, but has yet to tell anyone. His dominant personality is his usual shy and socially awkward self. However, he has several other personalities including one that Dennis refers to as "Hulk", one Dennis refers to as "Anxiety", one that is called "Panther", and one that Dennis calls "Drag Queen". Hulk is fueled completely by anger and is the most frequent of Dennis's other personalities to show itself. He's triggered by an increased heart rate and adrenaline combination as well as a spike in the proteins associated with anger. One can spot when Hulk is dominant because Dennis's eyes become narrowed more than usual and his pupils noticeably dilate. Anxiety is the second most frequent. Anxiety results in Dennis's panicking in every situation and usually results in him being rooted in the spot he's standing in until his emotional level returns to normal. Anxiety is triggered when the flight half of Dennis's fight or flight instinct kicks in. There's no really good way to tell when Anxiety is in control other than Dennis becomes extremely skittish, jumping at every sound. Panther is the side that shows up whenever Dennis takes a woman home for sex. Panther is extremely suave, smooth, and always in control of the situation even if he isn't. Panther is the only personality that Dennis can actually control when he comes into control, and it's usually easy to tell when it happens. Panther also has a bit of an Australian accent but it's not heavy. Drag Queen is the rarest to appear but is notable for making Dennis seem extremely gayer than usual. It's unknown what triggers Drag Queen as he's only appeared once or twice so there's no good way to connect the common theme of appearance.
Headcanon 52: Memory Mages are born with their past incarnations' memories, which is why Serena is so childish, she had no childhood of her own.
Headcanon 53: Hades does not remember the night of his death at all. It's why he looked so peaceful when he died. The Blocker that killed him removed Hades's memories of ever encountering this future Blocker so as to make sure this Blocker was never revealed.
Headcanon 54: Upon her death, Inari was teleported into Elysium and currently lives there with Hades. When her son died, he was granted the ability to travel between Elysium and the mortal area, but he lives in the mortal area.
Headcanon 55: Hades sometimes teases Death by calling himself "King of the Underworld!"
Headcanon 56: Death often frequents Aokigahara to help the angry spirits of those who committed suicide move on.
Headcanon 57: Madeline is the only person able to calm Death when he is angry, and she can do it in only a few seconds.
Headcanon 58: Hades was an avid believer in "it's all about the journey, not the destination." As a result, he rarely used teleportation as a form of travel. He complained it caused him to miss all the sights and opportunities that traveling provided.
Headcanon 59: Beatus was a decent blacksmith. He wasn't the best but he wasn't the worst either. He learned a lot of what he knew from working with Hades.
Headcanon 60: When Hades left on a training journey, Beatus took over Hades's blacksmith shop.
Headcanon 61: Beatus still has the first sword that Hades ever forged as part of a promise he made to Hades. He has also collected the sword in the stone (which was forged by Hades), Hades's xiphos, King Iskander's Kopis, and Hades's animal companion, Nyctaeus.
Headcanon 62: The Lord Baal that Carthaginians worshiped was actually one of the previous Nature Mages.
Headcanon 63: Cliff is actually the descendant of said Nature Mage.
Headcanon 64: Unless the child is born a mage, Agrona cannot have any children. Her powers force her to either have a miscarriage or a stillborn.
Headcanon 65: After Madder snapped, Madeline's spirit was summoned from the dead in her snapped form as well. Together they formed Jack the Ripper.
Headcanon 66: Madeline remembers everything that happened after Madder summoned her, as her true spirit was locked away and forced to watch it all happen. She has PTSD from it and randomly bursts into tears from the memories. It is something Maddox has never forgiven Madder for and is the main reason Madder tends to stay secluded from everyone else.
Headcanon 67: After Madder's snap, Death tried to kill him but upon seeing Madeline's insane form, he couldn't bring himself to do it. Life went instead, knowing how much it would hurt Death to have to face Madeline again. Life ended up killing Madeline, knowing it wasn't her daughter. However, this resulted in Madder being able to capture Life. Life became Madder's final victim, however, instead of dying part way through the process like all the other victims, Life was forced to live through the entire thing with all the wounds Madder inflicted healing because of her own spell. After two days of this continuing, the other mages began to notice Life had completely disappeared from the face of the earth and was nowhere to be found. Death found was the one who eventually found her while Madder was operating on her. Death, out of horror and rage, killed Madder without a second thought. Life has been able to suppress the memories of the incident, but she can no longer bear to see Madder or hear the name Jack the Ripper because it brings those memories right back and sends her into a PTSD session.
Headcanon 68: Life and Death lose all of their powers on Halloween except their immortality and healing.
Headcanon 69: Life likes her Death with a side of pancakes.
Headcanon 70: Mages can survive beheadings.
Headcanon 71: Mimir survived a beheading resulting in the myth of Mimir the living head.
Headcanon 72: Before either individual was made aware that they were actually mages, both Cliff and Sloane were under the assumption they were children of gods. Cliff thought he was a son of the Lord of the Earth, Baal, and Sloane thought she was the daughter of Terra (Roman equivalent of Gaia).
Headcanon 73: Cliff's favorite movie is the Terminator. He thinks he could be a cyborg overlord one day and commonly bugs Tech about making him into one.
Headcanon 74: Dennis is a wanted criminal in Tokyo and has a special note on his profile about how machinery used to catch him usually ends up malfunctioning. He has also been known to "accidentally" destroy the police cars by touching them.
Headcanon 75: The workers at the various casinos know who Dennis is and ship he and Kevin. One of these workers is CaffeineAssassin. Janobii is another.
Headcanon 76: Kevin usually gets a random sensation that he's being watched but he never can figure out who is watching him. It's always Dennis trying to talk to him.
Headcanon 77: Curvan isn't a very good driver, but Sloane has helped him out by getting him a steering wheel with Space's blood in it that drives the car for him.
Headcanon 78: Curvan found out Sloane was a Mage after accidentally hitting her with his car twice. She managed to get away without him noticing the first time but she wasn't so lucky the second time.
Headcanon 79: Hades worked as a blacksmith for a while so he liked to spend time with the enchanter Mage to forge stuff.
Headcanon 80: Mozart was inspired to write his Piano Sonata No. 11 after a visit from Agrona. He liked her energy and decided to write a piece with the same type of energy.
Headcanon 81: Life Mages are able to kill someone, immortal or otherwise, at any time they want by ripping the life force from their body. Death Mages can do the same except they rip the soul from the body. However, it is extremely tiring and only used either as a demonstration of power or in drastic measures.
Headcanon 82: Anything with the name Napoleon is Life's.
Headcanon 83: In the New Worlds universe, it is impossible for a madness mage to not like tea. It is part of the powers they gain when they become a Mage.
Headcanon 84: Madder was already a little insane before he snapped, which is why his snap was so much more destructive and harder to contain than Madeline's.
Headcanon 85: Cliff is an asshole.
Headcanon 86: Dennis has a huge crush on Kevin but he's terrified to admit it so he plays it off by using a ring enchanted with Aphrodite's blood to take home some of the hottest babes around.
Headcanon 87: Dennis learned how to play many gambling games and Turkish just to impress Kevin, but he's been too shy to ever show off what he's learned to Kevin.
Headcanon 88: Vision Mages have a rivalry with the Time Mages because they both serve similar purposes and suffer similar consequences from their actions. This causes them to oppose one another in their actions quite often.
Headcanon 89: Artemis has a tramp stamp of a butterfly infused with memory mage blood that blocks them from messing with her memories unless she wants them to.
Headcanon 90: Artemis's favorite song is Timber by Pitbull featuring Ke$ha.
Headcanon 91: Despite her modest exterior, Artemis is actually a professional pole dancer at a strip club in New Zealand. She works there three nights a week and the only mages that know are Jason and Aphrodite, both of whom Artemis has sworn to secrecy.
Headcanon 92: Madeline actually invented hot and iced tea. She thought the leaves smell nice and thought they might make a nice drink. With help from the Earth, Nature, and Tech mages, she created warm tea first until it became summer. She didn't like drinking the hot drink in the heat but she loved the taste so she cooled it down, thus creating iced tea.
Headcanon 93: Qiiro and Lilith were quite the pranksters, causing some of the world's biggest mysteries including: the missing nose of the sphinx, the leaning tower of Pisa, the Mayan Calendar, the Bermuda Triangle, the Loch Ness monsters, the heads on Easter Island, Bigfoot, Stonehenge, the sinking of Atlantis, the Mongols being the exception to everything (probably Qiiro's favorite of the group), the Confederate Treasury, the WOW signal, the Money Pit, the Dancing Plague, the Immortal Count, and many more than Qiiro has yet to disclose. They are also responsible for the burning of the Alexandria Library but Qiiro claims that was an accident saying "Whomever decided to let a Phoenix guard a place made of paper is an idiot."
Headcanon 94: Agrona actually stole all the contents of the Alexandria Library before it was burned down. The works that have been found are fakes to throw people off her scent.
Headcanon 95: Araxie is actually a little jealous of Rowan's ability to create music so easily, since it's something she always wanted to do as a child, but never had a knack for it.
Headcanon 96: Blockers that consume water from the foutain of youth lose the ability to block one element each time they drink it.
Headcanon 97: Sloane hated Cleopatra because she felt like Cleopatra was using Caesar.
Headcanon 98: Sloane is behind Cleopatra's death.
Headcanon 99: Abaddon descends from the oldest werewolf pack in existence, which is why he shifts so easily.
Headcanon 100: Wraiths feed off the life force of non-wraiths through possession.
Headcanon 101: Qiiro let Lilith possess him if she was hungry and there wasn't anything around in the immediate area that they knew she could consume.
Headcanon 102: A non-wraith undergoing a soul merge with a wraith is considered an equivalent to marriage/intercouse in wraith culture.
Headcanon 103: Upon the soul merge, the two participants gain an empathy link that allow them to feel each other's emotions.
Headcanon 104: The empathy link between Lilith and Qiiro is still active, and Lilith commonly feels Qiiro's emotions, trying to calm him down by him feeling her presence. Instead it usually just makes him more upset.
Headcanon 105: Lilith was actually pansexual and was never opposed to going out or even having sex with Qiiro in his female forms. She said it spiced the relationship up a bit.
Headcanon 106: Death played drums in a metal band and that's why the term 'Death Metal' came into use.
Headcanon 107: All of Life's boyfriends knew how to play the drums because bang bang makes Life want to bang bang.
Headcanon 108: In Death's metal band he always played in skeleton form.
Headcanon 109: Life came to all the concerts just to support Death even though they weren't on the best of terms and had to constantly remind the band mates they weren't dating.
Headcanon 110: Death had a strict "no touching the costume rule."
Headcanon 111: Life broke up with Hitler, Stalin, FDR, and Churchill not because Time told her to, but because they couldn't play the drums.
Headcanon 39: Sometimes, when Visions makes a jump, he ends up taking a detour into another universe.
Headcanon 40: Life was contacted by Jason and told that in order for disaster to not strike, she had to kill Madder's parents, and it had to be her.
